Master's of gourmet chocolate making, Rick and Michael Mast, better known as the Mast Brother's, began "home brewing" chocolate in their apartment as a hobby; now have a factory in Willamsburg, Brooklyn where they handcraft world-known, artisan chocolate. Sourcing beans from family farms in Madagascar, Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, and Ecuador. Last summer they became the first company since 1939 to sail cargo into New York City, by bringing 20 metric tons of cocoa beans up from the Dominican Republic. Each bar is handmade and bound in ornamental papers and golden foil, offering unique variations and tastes, no two are alike.

This video captures the beauty and reverence of the Mast Brother's chocolate making process better than we could verbally tell you.
